Orpheum Theatre Rules

The Orpheum Theatre in Pheonix, Arizona asks all of it’s visitors to follow just a few rules and guidelines. These are all set in place to give every patron the opportunity to enjoy the full experience whilst in a safe and welcoming environment.

Alcohol

Alcohol is available to purchase from inside the venue. If you are looking to do so, please ensure that you have a valid ID to present when asked to any of the bar tenders. Failure to provide valid ID will result in not being served, and further action may be taken.

Banners/Signage

This venue has strict rules when it comes to posters, banners and signage. Any form of banner will not be allowed into the venue as it will distract from the show and hinder the view of other patrons. 

Items not permitted

  • No backpacks larger than 10″ x 14″
  • No Vape, E-Cigarette, or Juul Devices inside the venue
  • No knifes, guns, or weapons of any kind
  • No pets allowed, including emotional support dogs. Service dogs are permitted
  • No flash photography, video recording, or live streaming during performances. Professional equipment is strictly prohibited
